eCGlobal Solutions is expanding eCGlobalNet®

ecglobalneteCGlobal Solutions is expanding eCGlobalNet®, its pioneering social network for consumer insights, to Spanish and Portuguese speaking markets. The network’s pre-launch occurred in Brazil in October of last year, and, in the last six months, it has been tested by over 5,000 users. With the slogan “Where consumers meet consumers,” eCGlobalNet® creates a social and collaborative environment, developed by and for consumers.

The social network is made up of thematic online communities, in addition to mobile and social applications to attract and involve consumers via their areas of interest, socio-demographic characteristics, and behavior profiles. Within each community, or application, users are motivated to share ideas, experiences, opinions, sentiments, and comments.

The platform has a mobile version for smartphones and tablets, allowing users to access and interact with available activities, anytime, anywhere. It also has an advanced customer loyalty program, which integrates a points system, a virtual store, social currency, and gamification resources, where users receive prizes, benefits, badges, and social status as they participate in and contribute to the various network activities.

Companies, brands, and products can create their own communities on the network or post sponsored activities so that consumers with pre-determined profiles can participate. “With the launching of eCGlobalNet®, eCGlobal Solutions is creating a new form of collaboration and real-time interaction among brands, products, and consumers,” says Adriana Rocha, co-founder and CEO of eCGlobal Solutions. “eCGlobalNet® allows for a faster, more direct and more segmented interaction, co-creation, dialogue, and exchange of knowledge among consumers, brands, and products” adds Adriana.
