Todd brings consumer products expertise and significant leadership experience through his executive roles at Mars, Inc., the West Point Association of Graduates, and as a Field Artillery Officer in the United States Army.  Todd earned an MBA, Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and BS, United States Military Academy at West Point.
