Netquest and Wakoopa Join Forces

netquest_engNetquest, the online data collection specialist for Latin America, Spain and Portugal, has reached an agreement to join forces with Wakoopa, a leading technology vendor in the field of behavioral data collection. By the means of this deal, Wakoopa becomes a fully owned subsidiary of Netquest.

The perfect integration of online panel know-how with advanced metering technology will enable almost frictionless research on the opinions and behaviors of people at any time, at any place, on any device and under any circumstance.

Both companies remain separate entities, with their own clients and continue to work on their core products, while also jointly exploring new ways for better servicing respondents and clients.

Netquest, founded in Barcelona (Spain) in 2001, is the leading online panel provider for the market research industry in Latin America, Spain and Portugal with more than 450,000 consumers recruited “by invitation only” willing to give their opinions in 21 countries.

Wakoopa, founded in Amsterdam (The Netherlands) in 2007, backed by the investors, amongst others, henQ and Big Bang Ventures, develops white-label passive measurement technology that can track a respondent’s full digital footprint on desktop, smartphone and tablet. Fully privacy proof.
