Market Research Entrepreneur Kristin Luck Launches Consulting Practice

March 11, 2015 – Bend, Oregon – Kristin Luck, likely the best known entrepreneur in the market research space, has formally launched a consulting practice. In her new role, she will provide strategic guidance to help businesses master the shift from one stage of growth to the next. She will use her experience growth hacking companies, through nontraditional sales and marketing strategies, to drive exponential growth in B2B businesses in the marketing measurement and marketing technology space.

As part of her new consultancy, Kristin will continue lecturing and keynoting at conferences around the globe, sharing her unique perspective on technology’s impact on marketing measurement, branding and more. She is a skilled presenter who educates and inspires audiences, while delivering insights that illuminate successful business strategies.

Kristin will also continue leading Women In Research (WIRe), a not-for-profit organization she established in 2007, with over 3,000 members globally. WIRe facilitates education, entrepreneurship and other career development goals for women through informal networking events around the globe, an educational webinar series, an “Office Hours” online Q&A series and an award winning one-to-one mentoring program.

Most recently Kristin served as a partner and president and CMO of Decipher, one of the world’s fastest growing quantitative research technology firms. She led Decipher to a successful acquisition by FocusVision in November 2014. Before this, she was the founder of technology consulting firm, Forefront Consulting Group, which was acquired by Decipher in 2007.  As an original pioneer in the multi-media online research business she was instrumental in launching ACNielsen’s first online research practice before co-founding OTX (Online Testing Exchange), which was acquired in 2005 by Pilot Group/Zelnick Media and again in 2010 by Ipsos.

Kristin has won multiple awards for her work, most recently honored as Woman Executive of the Year at the 2014 Golden Bridge Awards, Executive of the Year at the 2014 Stevie American Business Awards (Stevie) and the 2014 Great Minds Award from the Advertising Research Foundation. She is an ESOMAR Council Member.
