Decipher Expands the Beacon Platform’s Technology Integrations

Market research services and software firm integrates leading technology platforms with Beacon

BeaconApril 9, 2014 – Fresno, CA – Decipher, a comprehensive market research services firm, today announced that it has incorporated several leading technology solutions into its market research and reporting platform, Beacon. New integrations include Quester’s interview software technology and Adobe Analytics reporting solutions which join existing integrations with features like iModerate’s conversation technology and Federated Sample’s Fulcrum sample delivery system.

One of the core integrations of this newest Beacon release is Quester’s interview software. Quester is a leader in qualitative market research and developed this software specifically to “hear and listen” to more consumers. The Quester platform is grounded in psychiatric interviewing principles and natural language processing in order to operate one-to-one with respondents online or via mobile devices through a chat conversation. Similar to instant messaging, the smart system provides follow-up questions through an automated conversational moderator.

Other integrations include:

  • Adobe Analytics, a reporting engine that provides intuitive and interactive dashboards and reports, allowing users to sift, sort and share real-time information to access insights and analytics.
  • iModerate’s qualitative conversation technology, which allows for personal, real-time conversations with respondents.
  • TrueSample’s data quality solution that provides researchers with the assurance that every respondent is Real, Unique and Engaged™ by removing fake, duplicate and unengaged respondents from research samples.
  • Federated’s Fulcrum online sampling platform, which allows researchers to an end-to-end project in Beacon without drawing in outside resources. Fulcrum includes a sample delivery and monitoring system for streamlining workflow, and access to respondents from hundreds of global sample sources through the Fulcrum Exchange.
  • Sawtooth Software’s conjoint analysis software, one most widely-used quantitative methods in the industry. Beacon can send a respondent to and from the Sawtooth-hosted environment, or alternatively, fully integrate the design file and data directly into the survey, for a seamless respondent experience.
  • Affectiva’s emotion measuring application, which reads facial expressions to measure the emotional connection people have with advertising, brands and media.
  • Integration with both Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office for easy report exporting.
